About
Starting therapy, or even just thinking about it, can feel daunting, especially when you’re not sure what’s wrong, or whether what you’re feeling is “enough” to bring to someone. If you’ve found your way here, something is probably pulling you towards wanting more: more ease, more clarity, more sense of yourself. I offer a space to explore that together.
I’m an HCPC and UKCP registered integrative art psychotherapist working privately in Hackney, East London, with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, shame, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. You don’t need any artistic experience or skill. The creative work is simply another language for things that are hard to put into words.
My professional life has long been shaped by creativity, through arts administration, postgraduate study, and working in galleries including Tate and Whitechapel. I believe in the intelligence of images and the body, alongside talking things through.
I also offer integrative supervision using creative approaches for therapists, counsellors, and creative arts therapists, having trained at the London Art Therapy Centre.
